I purchased a 3 BHK flat here primarily because of the location in West Mambalam and the reputation of GRN Enginee& ContractoThe carpet area for the flats is substantial, ranging from 1142 to 1166 square feet, providing ample living space. The development offegood amenities like a swimming pool, children's play area, and community hall. It's a gated community which enhances security. Being ready to move is also a big advantage. The main draw for me was the closeness to schools and hospitals. While the project itself is well-maintained, the traffic on the main roads in West Mambalam can be quite heavy during peak hou

I was looking for a ready to move flat in a good locality and GR Natarajan Neela Kantheswar seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, especially the carpet area which is around 1142 to 1166 square feet. The location in West Mambalam is convenient, with G R T Mahalakshmi Vidyalaya right next door, which is a big plus. MGM Healthcare is also very close, which provides peace of mind. The community has a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, which are nice to have. I did find the parking a bit confusing, it's closed car parking but can get tight. Overall, it's a decent place for someone working in Chennai.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. GR Natarajan Neela Kantheswar in West Mambalam caught my eye. The project was completed in July 2020 and is ready to move. I appreciate the green spaces like landscaped gardens and tree plantation. The community hall is also a good facility for gatherings. Having a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and power backup adds to the security and comfort. The proximity to Ashok Nagar Metro Station, nearby, makes it easy to travel within the city. The only minor issue is that some roads nearby can be a little dusty during construction phases of surrounding areas.

We were looking for our fit home and fell in love with the layout of the 3 BHK flats at GR Natarajan Neela Kantheswar. The carpet area is generous, around 1150 square feet, which is perfect for us. The fact that it's a ready to move project meant we could settle in quickly after booking. We loved the idea of the olympic size swimming pool and the mini theatre within the community. The location is quite central, with G R T Mahalakshmi Vidyalaya and MGM Healthcare practically at our dootep. Power backup is a must for us given our work from home schedules. The only drawback is that the prices for these flats are on the higher side, but the quality seems to justify it.

I did notice that some of the internal roads within the community could be better lit, though the overall security with CCTV and video door systems is commendable.
