The price, from 78.91 Lakh to 83.03 Lakh, felt reasonable for a new project by GR BuildeHyderabad. I liked that they included basic amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply. My only concern is the dust and traffic noise from the main road near the construction site, but hopefully, that will reduce once completed. I am excited to move in.
