The 1257 sq.ft 2 BHK is a decent size for one peon, offering enough space without being too much to manage. Being ready to move in was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The location is fantastic, with Swami Vivekananda Road Metro Station just a 5-minute walk away, making my commute super easy. I also appreciate the 24x7 security and the intercom system, which adds to the feeling of safety. Internet/Wi-Fi is available, which is essential for my work. The only slight downside is that the surrounding roads can get a bit congested during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore.
