Getting the kids settled into a new school was our priority, so the fact that Lorven Public School Chandapura is just a 3-minute drive away from GR Excel Prime was a huge win for us. We also looked at the Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center being so close, which provides peace of mind. We chose a 4 BHK Villa because we needed the extra space for the children and guests. The developer, GR Excel Prime Properties, has delivered a ready-to-move-in project, which meant we could move quickly. The area itself feels quite family-friendly. My only minor concern is that the roads around Chandapura can get a bit busy during peak school drop-off and pick-up times, but it's manageable.

It's reassuring to know that Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center is a short distance, and Lorven Public School is also very close, at just 3 minutes. The developer, GR Excel Prime Properties, has completed this project. One aspect I'm slightly concerned about is the dust on the approach roads to the project, which is common in developing areas, but hopefully, that will improve over time.
