The 3 BHK apartment we bought has a built-up area of 1338 square feet, giving us plenty of room. Being ready to move in meant we could settle down quickly. My only concern is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit annoying at times, but that's a temporary issue for the area.
