SCHOOL, which is zero kilometeaway, and RelaMS Hospital is also right there. We bought a plot of 983 Sq.ft which fits our budget of around 34.4 Lakh. The developer, GP Homes Pvt. Ltd, mentioned they have good groundwater supply and solar lighting, which are important for us. The price point was the main attraction. However, getting to the main city like Thiruvottiyur Metro Station takes over 12 kilomete, which can be a bit of a journey daily if we need to commute regularly. Overall, it feels like a decent investment for the future.
