The apartment I am considering is a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1232 Sq.ft, which is quite large. It is ready to move, and the completion date was May 2024, so everything is fresh. The Vastu Compliant aspect is important to me. The price for the 3 BHK is around 92 Lakhs, which is reasonable for the space and location. I appreciate the power backup facility, as power outages can be troublesome. I hope the maintenance staff is proactive.
