The 2 BHK flats, with builtup areas ranging from 747 to 877 Sq.ft, provide enough space. Being ready to move made the process stress-free during my relocation. The price range of 53.03 Lakh to 62.26 Lakh seemed reasonable for the location and amenities. I also noted the cycling and jogging track, which I plan to use. The Thirumangalam Metro Station being nearby adds to the connectivity.

Its ready-to-move status meant they could shift in immediately after I finalized the purchase from abroad. The 2 BHK flat we looked at, around 747 Sq.ft builtup, is functional and has decent ventilation. The project offea children's play area, which the kids are already excited about. It's ready to move in, which made the transition easier. The price was around 55 Lakhs for our unit. My only minor concern is the traffic on Tirupati Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the location is excellent for families.
