We bought a 2 BHK here, built up area of 850 square feet. The price was around 35.28 Lakh which seemed quite reasonable for Chennai South, Madipakkam. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus for us since we didn't want to wait. GP Realty has a decent reputation. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good amenities, though we haven't used them much yet. My only small concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be heavy. Overall, it's a solid property for the price.
