The price was 2.94 Cr, which is at the higher end but justified by the space and amenities. Goyal & Co. Construction has created a lovely community. The 24x7 Security and the Multipurpose Hall are beneficial. The landscaping is beautiful, and the overall ambiance is very serene. The completion date is December 2025, so we are patiently waiting.
