We are particularly interested in the 5 BHK duplex options, with sizes ranging up to 7171 square feet. The project by Goyal & co | Hariyana Group offea club house and a mini theatre, which sound amazing for entertainment. It's located near SG Highway and Iscon Temple, which is a plus. The indoor designs are supposed to be by Gauri Khan, which is exciting. However, the price point is quite high, even though the budget details were not fully disclosed initially. We are hoping the quality justifies the cost when it's completed by December 2028.
