    I needed a place quickly after relocating to Nashik for my new hospital posting. Govinda Radha Residency was ready to move, which was perfect. The proximity to Ashtang Ayurveda SuperMulti Speciality Hospital, a short distance, was a major factor in my decision. Prashant Nagar is a developing area and the property seems well-built. I appreciate the storm water drains; good infrastructure is important. The electrical meter room is standard. While the location is good for work, the road leading to the main Pathardi Phata can get busy, and sometimes there is dust from ongoing construction nearby. However, for immediate accommodation, it fits the bill.

    Moving here was a good decision for the kids' education. Nashik Cambridge School is just a 5-minute drive away, which is amazing for morning commutes. Ashtang Ayurveda SuperMulti Speciality Hospital is also very close, giving us peace of mind. Rathachakra Chowk Bus Station being nearby is useful for when relatives visit. We bought a flat in Govinda Radha Residency because it was ready to move. The electrical meter room setup seems practical. The only thing is the traffic on Pathardi Phata during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. But the convenience for school and hospital outweighs that for us right now. Govinda Constructions delivered on time.
