Location in New Town is convenient, especially being so close to both Delhi Public School and Tata Medical Center, practically zero distance away. This was a major factor for us. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which gives peace of mind. Although the Rabindra Tirtha Metro is a couple of kilometeaway, road connectivity is generally good. We are happy with the initial feel of the place, it seems well-constructed.
