The 3 BHK villas have a built-up area of 2620 square feet, which is adequate for my needs. The community offea yoga and meditation area, which is perfect for my daily routine. It is a ready-to-move-in project completed in March 2015. The price range of 2.52 Cr to 3.74 Cr is reasonable for a villa of this size and quality in Bengaluru. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. While the OC is not available, the developer Good Earth has a track record of timely completion. The less than 10 homes per acre density is a great feature.

My only slight concern is the traffic on Mysore Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but the metro station is not too far which helps.
