The price point starting around 58.99 Lakh helped me stay within my budget for my fit investment. I picked up a 2.5 BHK unit and the layout feels very practical for a couple. I appreciate that the project is Vastu compliant as it was a requirement for my parents. Goldenkey Ventures Private Limited is handling the project and the plans for the swimming pool and recreational courts look quite impressive. It is still under construction but the progress seems steady for a December 2026 delivery. I hope they keep the quality of the finishings high as promised in the brochure.

Being a senior, having a panic button and 24x7 security are very reassuring features for me. The developer, Goldenkey Ventures Private Limited, has a clear plan for the banquet hall and the business lounge which will be nice for family gatherings. The project is situated in a quiet part of Ameenpur, which I prefer over the noisy city center. My only worry is that the prices are on the higher end of the spectrum for this area, but the quality of construction seems to justify it.

I have been looking for an apartment in Hyderabad and finally decided to book at Goldenkey Meraki. The location in Ameenpur is quite convenient because I work in the IT corridor and the commute is manageable. I went for the 2 BHK unit which is about 1000 square feet. It is a good size for me since I am living alone. Goldenkey Ventures Private Limited has included a lot of amenities like a yoga area and a spa which I am really excited about. The construction is currently ongoing and I am waiting for the December 2026 completion date. One small issue is that the construction site is a bit dusty right now which is expected, but I hope they maintain the place well once it is finished.

Moving to Ameenpur was a big decision for our family but this project seems like a good fit for us. Kennedy Global School is just 3.5 kilometeaway which saves us a lot of travel time in the morning. We chose a 3 BHK flat because we need the extra space for the kids. The kids playground and the community park are definitely the highlights for our children. Goldenkey Meraki is being built by Goldenkey Ventures Private Limited and they have been quite professional in their communication so far. We are looking forward to the handover in December 2026. The only minor concern we have is the traffic during peak hounear the main road, but that is common in most parts of North Hyderabad these days.

The project is currently under construction and the pace seems okay to meet the December 2026 deadline. I hope they provide enough visitor parking because the current plans look a bit tight for the number of units.
