After retiring, I was looking for a quiet place to settle, and Golden Utopia in Iggalur seemed like a good fit. The plots are available in sizes like 1833 Sq.ft, offering enough space. The price range between 16.53 Lakh and 30.24 Lakh was within my expectations. I appreciate the basic amenities provided, such as rain water harvesting and landscaping. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. However, I wish the developer had provided more information about the completion status and when the Occupancy Certificate is expected. Also, the access road to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow for my liking. But overall, the peaceful environment is appealing.

Golden Infra offeplots in the 1002 Sq.ft to 1833 Sq.ft range, and we found one that fit our budget around 20 Lakhs. The project has a children's play area, which is a big plus for our little ones. It is ready to move in, so we can start planning our dream home. The Suryanagar Bus Depot being nearby at nearby is also convenient for commuting. The only small issue is that the area can get dusty during dry weather due to ongoing development around.
