After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Chennai South. Golden Square Phase 2 offered residential plots, and I chose a 1000 Sq.ft one for around 22 L. The location is good, with Chettinad Health City nearby for any medical needs. It’s also close to the OMR Highway. Golden nest realtohave made the plots ready to move. The main issue I have is the parking situation; if you have more than one vehicle, it can get quite cramped. Also, the price of plots here feels a bit steep compared to similar areas a few kilometeaway. Otherwise, the basic amenities are present.
