I was looking for an independent home and decided on Golden Square. I bought a 2 BHK villa, which is 650 sq.ft. It’s a good size for me and has enough space for guests. The location in Mambakkam is quite peaceful, and it's great that the bus stop is a short distance. The price was reasonable, around 25 Lakh. I liked that the project is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately. My main worry is that the actual road access to the project might be a bit tricky during peak houdue to traffic on Mambakkam Road. Other than that, Golden nest realtohave provided a decent living space.

It’s a plus that ColouIndian School is so nearby, just a 4-minute ride, which makes school runs much easier. The location on Mambakkam Road Jn. Is also good. We are hoping Golden nest realtowill develop the area further. The only downside is the dust on the roads leading to the project sometimes.
