Golden Homes delivered this project in 2016, and it is ready for immediate occupancy. The price was around 2.07 Crore, which seemed reasonable given the area. We needed a place close to business hubs, and this location offegood access. The club house and multipurpose room are nice additions for residents. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, and the OC status not being readily available is something I’m keeping an eye on. Power backup is a definite plus.
