I looked at a 3 BHK unit, around 1100 sq.ft, priced at approximately 1.1 Crore. The project is ready to move, which simplifies the relocation process considerably. Golden Manor from Golden Homes is a decent property. I bought a 3 BHK unit of about 1200 sq.ft for my family. The price was about 1.15 Crore. The location in Anna Nagar is good, very central. Having SBOA School and MGM Healthcare within nearby is a significant advantage. The project has been ready to move for a long time, which is fine by me. The car parking is adequate for our needs. However, the traffic around Anna Nagar can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for daily commutes. Power backup is a good feature.
