    We were looking for a spacious home near Nagpur and Golden Glory 101 seemed like a good option. We booked a 3 BHK Row House which has a built-up area of 1656 Sq.ft. The location on Wardha Road is promising, especially with AIIMS Nagpur and Swasthyam Supepeciality Hospital right at nearby. The developer, Golden Land Develope, has a decent reputation. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The price for our unit was around 80 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space. The construction is still underway, with completion expected by December 2026. The only thing we are a bit concerned about is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it settles down.
