Velammal Vidyalaya Mogappair West is right next door, which is incredibly convenient for our children’s schooling. The 4 BHK villas offer substantial space, with built-up areas going up to 2550 sq.ft, so there is ample room for the whole family. The children's play area within the gated community is a definite plus. We also appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure for safety. My main concern is the traffic congestion around the school during peak houThe roads near Mogappair can get quite busy. However, the availability of a gymnasium and power backup provides comfort.
