We decided to upgrade from our rental flat and chose Golden Crest Phase II. The main reason was its proximity to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where my wife teaches. It's literally nearby, which saves so much commute time. Also, Kumaran Medical Center being so close is reassuring for any emergencies. P Saravanasamy has delivered a ready to move project which was a priority for us. The area feels peaceful and away from the city's hustle. We liked the straightforward approach of the builder. The only slight drawback is that the internal roads within the complex could be wider, making parking a little tricky if you have multiple vehicles. Still, it’s a good step up for our family.

We were looking for a ready to move option near the city and Golden Crest Phase II in Keeranatham fit the bill. It is quite close to the KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is convenient for us. The Kumaran Medical Center being just a stone's throw away is also a major plus. P Saravanasamy seems to have a good reputation for timely delivery. The overall construction quality looks decent for the price point, though we haven't moved in yet. There is some dust on the roads around the project due to ongoing construction in the vicinity, but that is expected in developing areas. The connectivity to the KG SEZ Bus Stop is also good for outstation travel. It's a solid, no-frills option.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and Golden Crest Phase II in Keeranatham seemed like a good choice. It's a ready to move project, which meant I didn't have to wait. The proximity to essential services like Kumaran Medical Center and KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a great convenience at my age. I appreciate that P Saravanasamy has completed this phase. The connectivity to the KG SEZ Bus Stop is also a plus for occasional travel. The environment is relatively calm. My only real concern is the traffic noise during peak houfrom the main road, which can be a bit disruptive. However, the overall value and convenience outweigh this for now. It’s a comfortable living space.

This has made our mornings so much less stressful. Kumaran Medical Center is also practically next door, which offegreat peace of mind. As it's a ready to move property, we could shift in immediately after purchase. P Saravanasamy, the developer, has provided a decent living space. The KG SEZ Bus Stop nearby is useful for relatives visiting. The main issue we are facing is the lack of specific details about the different configurations and their exact sizes, which made choosing the right flat a bit of a guessing game. Also, the parking area seems a bit cramped for larger families. But the location advantage is undeniable for us.
