Kairos Global School is nearby, which is handy even though I don't have kids, it shows the area is developing well. Having Continental Hospitals so close is also reassuring. The flat size is 1098 square feet, which is ample for me. I liked that they have Rain Water Harvesting, it's good to see developethinking about sustainability. The 24x7 Security gives me peace of mind when I'm away. I wish the parking was a bit more spacious, but it's manageable.
