    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Golden Avenue Premium Flooin Ghaziabad. It's a builder floor in Bamheta, Shahpur Bamheta. The apartment is a 3 BHK with 2100 sq.ft built-up area, which feels spacious for a fit home. It's ready to move, which meant I didn't have to wait long. I checked out the Children's Play Area and the Temple on site, which are nice additions. The lift is functional, and there is closed car parking available. One thing I've noticed is that there can be some dust from nearby construction, but that is common in developing areas. Golden Infratech seems reliable.

The location in Bamheta, Shahpur Bamheta is decent, and it's close to National Highway 24, making commutes easier. We liked the idea of a Piped Gas Connection as well. Security seems good with the Entrance Gate Security Cabin and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. The only thing we are a little worried about is the traffic near NH24 during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a solid purchase for our needs.

My only slight concern is that the Hapur Bypass Road is nearby, which can add a bit to travel time for certain destinations, but it's not a dealbreaker. The internal roads and footpaths look well-maintained.
