  This is my fit time buying property, and I chose a plot at Golden Avenue in Poonampalayam. R Rithula's project seemed like a good starting point for me. I liked that it’s ready to move, so I don’t have to worry about construction timelines. The location is peaceful, which is what I wanted. It’s close enough to reach Sri Saravanabhava Vidyalaya for my niece when she visits. I am planning to build a small home here over the next year. My only concern is the current traffic on the main road leading to the site during peak hou; it can get quite congested.
