I chose a villa with a built-up area of 1800 square feet, which is ample for me. The price was around 55 Lakh. It's great that it's ready to move in, allowing me to settle quickly. The location near Ratan Multi-Speciality Hospital is convenient in case of emergencies. One thing I wish was better is the connectivity to the metro; the Rabari Colony Metro Station is over 6 kilometeaway, which is quite a distance.
