    I've booked a 2 BHK apartment in Gokul Plaza. Gokul Constructions is the developer. The built-up area is 1050 sq.ft. It's located in Ameenpur, Sai Rajeswari Phase I. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion by June 2027. Having SURYA GLOBAL SCHOOL nearby, nearby, was a major factor for us. We also looked at the amenities like closed car parking and water conservation features. The main drawback we feel is the distance to major hospitals like Medicover, which is nearby. Also, since it is under construction, there is quite a bit of dust and noise from the ongoing work. We are hoping Gokul Constructions manages the site well and keeps the surrounding area clean.
