The location in Ambawadi is reasonably well-connected, with easy access to the 132 Feet Ring Road for our commutes. The price point of 1.6 Crore to 1.66 Crore was a bit high for us initially, but we managed with financing. The 2359 square feet built-up area feels spacious enough. One minor issue is the parking situation, which seems a bit tight in the plans, but Virani Group assures us it's adequate. We are looking forward to moving in by March 2025.
