We purchased a 4 BHK villa in Gokul Dham, looking for more space. The villa is 1875 square feet, which is ample for our large family. The price was at the higher end, around 52 Lakhs, but we felt the space and layout justified it. It's ready to move, which was a priority. The proximity to Grand Trunk Road and the Delhi Meerut Expressway is excellent for travel. However, the parking situation within the complex is something we are still figuring out; it seems a bit tight if multiple guests visit. Pinnacle Group has been responsive to our queries since we moved in. Overall, the living space is good, but parking needs some attention.

We chose Gokul Dham primarily for its location near Silverline Prestige School, which is very close by. Having the Manipal Hospital also nearby is a huge comfort for the family. We purchased a 4 BHK villa, which is about 1500 square feet, and it provides enough room for our children to play. The price was 48 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the space and location. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. One thing I've noticed is that traffic on NH24 can get quite heavy during peak hou, so planning journeys takes a bit of effort. Pinnacle Group seems to have delivered a decent product, and we are settling in well.
