I was looking for a comfortable and secure villa in Chennai and found Godson Rosan Villa. I purchased a 3 BHK villa, which is 2313 square feet built up. It offeplenty of space for me and my guests. The rain water harvesting system is a good feature for this city. The location in Surapattu, Kolathur is quite accessible, with close proximity to the Grand Northern Trunk Road. My main worry was the price, which starts at 1.3 Crore. While it's a significant investment, the villa is ready to move and the developer, Godson Builde, seems professional. Closed car parking is also a plus.

Having closed car parking is a big relief. The location is good, close to Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is convenient for our kids. Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus is also not too far. The main concern for us is the traffic on the Grand Northern Trunk Road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. Still, the villa itself is lovely and ready to move in.
