I booked a 3 BHK with a saleable area of approximately 2500 square feet. The project by Godrej Properties Ltd. Seems well-planned with good amenities like medical facilities and 24x7 security. The price was on the higher side, around 4.2 crore, but the proximity to my workplace and the Dwarka Expressway is invaluable. My only slight worry is the nearby distance to the Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 Metro Station, which might be a bit inconvenient for commuting to other parts of Delhi NCR. However, the overall offering is quite strong.
