I bought a 3 BHK for my parents here in Godrej Se7en Phase 1. The location in Joka is quite peaceful, and it’s good that VIVEKANANDA MISSION SCHOOL is right at nearby, which was a major factor. My parents also like that Kasturi Medical Centre Pvt Ltd. Is just a short nearby walk away. The super built-up area for the 3 BHK flats is between 823 Sq.ft and 1996 Sq.ft, which gives them plenty of space. Godrej Properties Ltd. Has a good reputation, so I am confident in their build quality. My only concern is the commute for visito, as Sakher Bazar Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far. Otherwise, the amenities like street lighting and solid waste management seem well taken care of. I hope the landscaping will make it feel very green for them.

At nearby was a significant draw, as was VIVEKANANDA MISSION SCHOOL being nearby, although that’s not directly for me. The community buildings and recreation facilities look promising for a good social life. The solid waste management system is efficient. The main concern for me is the traffic on Diamond Harbour road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. I’m hoping Godrej Properties Ltd. Has planned for good internal roads. The landscaping and tree planting will add a nice touch.
