The project is ready to move, so they can settle in soon. Godrej Properties Ltd. Is a name we trust. The proximity to Akash Hospital is a major comfort for us, knowing medical help is so close. The amenities like the senior citizen siteout and the general upkeep are good. The price for this size plot was around 2 Crore. While the location is serene, I do wonder about the immediate availability of certain services and the traffic coming back into the city on weekends. But for my parents' comfort, it's worth it.
