The location on Dwarka Expressway is convenient for travel. We liked the idea of the Sky Lounge and Garden at 130 feet, it sounds amazing for relaxing evenings. The developer, Godrej Properties Ltd., has a good reputation. Construction quality appeasolid, though we haven't moved in yet. The price range is a bit high, from 1.73 Crore to 3.48 Crore, but we feel the amenities justify it. One minor concern is the traffic noise from the expressway, which can be noticeable.
