The project by Godrej Properties Ltd. Is under construction. It's great that it's a low-density project with 3 acres of internal greens. The children's play area is a big plus for us. The location is decent, though the Euro International School is nearby. The Miracles Apollo Cradle/Spectra hospital is also nearby at nearby. The main issue is the overall price, which starts at 1.71 Cr and goes up, making it a significant financial commitment.
