This is my fit time buying a flat and I chose Godrej Air Phase II in Sector 85, Gurgaon. The 3 BHK configuration has a spacious built-up area of 1800 Sq.ft, which feels very comfortable. I was impressed by the range of amenities, especially the smart home automation and the low chlorine swimming pool. The location near Dwarka Expressway and NH 48 is quite convenient for commuting. Construction is ongoing and completion is slated for January 2029. One concern is the parking situation; I hope there will be enough spaces allocated per flat, as it wasn't entirely clear. But overall, the developer, Godrej Properties Ltd., seems reliable and the project offegood value for a fit-time buyer.
