My partner and I wanted a new home and fell in love with the amenities at Godrej 103. The elite clubhouse and the swimming pool are perfect for us. We chose a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1800 square feet. The location on Dwarka Expressway is great, easy access to our offices. The price was a bit high, around 4 Crore, but we think the quality from Godrej Properties Ltd. Will be worth it. The gym facilities are also well-equipped. We are just a bit worried about the traffic on the expressway during peak hou, but overall excited to move in once it's ready.
