The price range of 35.7 Lakh to 44.2 Lakh was within my budget. I liked that it's a gated community and has 24x7 water supply. The only thing I found a bit concerning is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable. The CCTV surveillance and power backup are good safety features.
