It's ready to move, so I could start living here immediately. The location is decent, with accessibility to main roads though it’s not right on the main street. The club house and table tennis facilities are nice for downtime. The spectacular view of the national park is a great daily perk. The developer, GM Infinite, seems to have good offerings.

The project offea good range of amenities including a tennis court and a clubhouse. The location near Chokkanahalli Village offegood connectivity to Thanisandra Main Road and Kogilu Main Road. The spectacular view of the national park is a unique selling point. My only concern was the parking situation; closed car parking is available, but it might get tight with many residents.
