The location in Chokkanahalli, North Bangalore, has potential for rental appreciation. GM Infinite seems to have a decent track record. It is ready to move, which is a plus for investolooking for immediate rental income. The area is developing, and it’s important to see how infrastructure around Thanisandra Main Road and Kogilu Main Road evolves. The rain water harvesting system is a nice feature.
