It offeplenty of space for us and for when family visits. The location in Electronic City is convenient, with good connectivity to Sarjapur Road (16 Km). We liked the many amenities, especially the swimming pool and the gymnasium for our fitness routines. The construction quality looks solid. The price is higher than our previous rental, starting at 28.81 Lakh, but we feel it's a worthwhile long-term investment. The only drawback we've noticed is that dust from nearby construction can sometimes be an issue.
