It's ready to move in, which was a big plus because we didn't want to wait. The location on Hasergatta Main Road-Bagalakunte is decent, close to Nagasandra Metro Station at nearby. My parents liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting and the Flower Garden. The price for our 2 BHK was around 72.69 Lakh, which was a stretch but we managed. The only small thing is that the construction is from 2012, so we hope the quality holds up well over the yeaOverall, it feels like a good start.
