  We chose Gloryforge Majestique Volare primarily because of its location and the planned infrastructure. We have two school-going children, and the proximity to The Lexicon International School is fantastic – practically nearby. We're looking at a 3 BHK flat, which has a generous carpet area of around 1087 square feet. The developer, Gloryforge BuildeLlp, is constructing this project in Yerawada, Pune, with completion expected in December 2028. The amenities like recreation facilities and internal roads are attractive. My only concern is the parking situation; with two ca, it can sometimes be a tight squeeze in newer developments, and I hope this project has adequate provisions. The surrounding area seems to be developing rapidly.

The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of 861 square feet, which is sufficient for my needs. The project is under construction and completion is targeted for December 2028 by Gloryforge BuildeLlp. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which are important. The nearby Lexicon International School is a big advantage for families, even though I don't have kids. The internal roads and footpaths mentioned in the plan are good to hear. The only minor concern is the accessibility; the address mentions Choudhari Wasti and it might be a bit tricky to find initially.

The location in Ashoka Nagar, Yerawada, is pretty central for us. It’s under construction right now, expected to finish by December 2028. Gloryforge BuildeLlp seems to have a good reputation. We liked the plans for recreation facilities and landscaping. The Bund Garden Metro Station is nearby, which will be useful for commuting. One thing we're slightly worried about is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but that's expected. Overall, the flat layout looks very promising and modern.
