It's ready to move, so we can plan our housewarming soon. The location in Kolathur is decent, with the Grand Northern Trunk Road nearby for easy travel. We are paying about 1.25 Crore for our flat. The amenities like video door security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. The only thing is the metro station is nearby, which is a bit of a walk if we don't take our car.
