Moving into Global Magnolia was a good decision. I picked a 2 BHK unit of 1134 sq.ft. The price was around 45.35 Lakh, which was manageable for me. The gymnasium and the jogging track are great for staying active. The piped gas connection is a modern convenience I really appreciate. The security is reassuring, especially as I live alone. The only issue I have is the parking can be a bit tight sometimes if you have a larger vehicle, and the road leading to the main street is narrow and can get dusty.
