We purchased a flat here at Global Infra Atriya for our daughter. The location in Krishnanagar is quite convenient, close to HCG Hospital which is important for us at this stage of life. It's nearby. The building itself is ready to move, which was a big factor as we didn't want to wait. We chose a larger 3 BHK unit, around 1254 square feet, giving her plenty of space. The amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 security are very reassuring. While the area is developing, the immediate vicinity can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, but that’s common in developing parts of Bhavnagar. The proximity to the bus stand, nearby, is also useful for occasional travel.

Getting to work is manageable, about 25 minutes on average, though traffic can get bad near Prabhudas Talav Circle during peak houSecurity is a plus, they have 24/7 guards which makes me feel safe coming home late. The lift is also a convenience. Overall, the location is decent, with Mahdi School nearby, which is good to know for the future. The maintenance charges seem reasonable so far.
