It's a gated community, and the kids love the children's play area and the community park. The proximity to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School, nearby, was a major factor for us. The project is ready to move, completed in February 2024 by ABI infrastructure. The overall budget for our villa was around 35 Lakhs. While the project itself is good, the traffic on the main road leading to Kovilpalayam can get quite heavy during peak school hou, which is a bit of a hassle.
