The 2 BHK configuration we got is 993 square feet, providing enough room for the kids. We are happy with the amenities like the rainwater harvesting and water storage, which are essential. The project was completed in July 2014, so it's quite established now. The nearby Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road offegood connectivity. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s expected in developing areas.
