We finally booked our fit home at GL Aqua! Being a ready to move property made the decision easier for us. The 2 BHK flat size at 1125 sq.ft is quite good, with a nice layout that allows for good natural light. We liked the children's play area for future use. It’s close to Kauvery Hospital which is convenient. The only drawback is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially when construction is happening nearby. We're hoping GL Developewill address that. The 24x7 security is reassuring. Excited to move in.

My fit home purchase was at GL Aqua, and I picked a 2 BHK unit. It's a ready to move property, which was important for me as a fit-time buyer. The 1125 sq.ft built-up area seems large enough for now. I liked that GL Developeincluded power backup and a gymnasium. The location in Jeychandran Nagar, Pallikarnai is developing well. My only real concern is the noise from the nearby main road, which can be audible inside the flat at times. I'm still getting used to it. The security staff are quite diligent. It feels like a solid investment for the future.

I was looking for a ready to move flat in Chennai South and GL Aqua caught my eye. The 1125 sq.ft built up area for the 2 BHK configuration felt quite spacious when I visited the site. GL Developeseem to have a decent track record. The nearby Velammal New Gen School is a major plus if you have kids. My only concern is the traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, which can be frustrating. Power backup is a good amenity to have here, given Chennai's weather. Overall, it seems like a reasonable property, but I'm still evaluating the final price point.

The location's proximity to Velammal New Gen School in Medavakkam was a huge deciding factor for us. We chose a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1125 sq.ft, and the layout is quite practical for our family. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. One minor issue is the water pressure sometimes fluctuates, especially during peak usage times, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, it’s a good environment for families.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in GL Aqua mainly due to its location in Jeychandran Nagar, Pallikarnai. It is a ready to move property, which suited my timeline. The built-up area of 1125 sq.ft is standard for the configurations offered. Proximity to Medavakkam Bus Depot is a definite advantage for commuting. While the amenities like rainwater harvesting and gymnasium are functional, I found the parking space to be a bit cramped. GL Developehaven't provided much detail on future maintenance charges yet, which is something I'm looking into. It's a decent option for the area.
