    Investing in GKR Saket made sense to me because of the rapid development happening in the Gannavaram area. I bought a 2 BHK unit here as it is very close to NH5, which is a major advantage for connectivity. GKR Infra Vijayawada has ensured that the storm water drains and internal roads are well planned. The carpet area is around 838.29 Sq.ft which is fairly standard for this locality. Since it is a ready to move property, I am already looking at potential rental income options. It is not an overly fancy project but it serves the purpose of a good investment in a growing part of Vijayawada.

    After living in the heart of the city for yea, moving to GKR Saket in Chinna Avutapalli felt like a breath of fresh air. GKR Infra Vijayawada has done a decent job with the landscaping and it is nice to see trees around the property. Being near the Gannavaram Railway station is helpful for my grandchildren when they visit. The 2 BHK flat gives us enough space to keep things comfortable. The water conservation methods here are quite impressive. My only minor complaint is that there is some dust in the air because of the construction work still happening on surrounding plots. Hopefully, that will settle down once more people start moving in and the area develops further.

    I was looking for a decent place for my parents in Vijayawada and GKR Saket seemed like a practical choice. Since my parents are getting older, being close to Care and cure hospital which is nearby gives me a lot of peace of mind. GKR Infra Vijayawada has kept the design simple. My parents visited the site and liked the 874.68 Sq.ft carpet area because it is spacious enough for them to manage easily. The construction is already ready to move so we did not have to wait for any delayed possession. Access to NH5 is quite good for travel purposes too. Just hoping the internal roads are maintained well by the society over time. Overall it is a sensible purchase for our family needs.

GKR Infra Vijayawada has delivered a ready to move project which meant we could shift in immediately. We are really happy with the landscaping and tree planting done around the building as it makes the evenings pleasant.
